Learn how to access your live webinar broadcast, download course materials and handouts, earn your certificate of completion, and test your system before the event. Log in to your account to get started.

Click here to reset your password and then enter your account email address. An email with instructions and a temporary password will be sent.
To access the program, please log into your account by clicking on the My Account button in this email. Please plan to log in 5-10 minutes prior to the start time. Please note: you will need to download zoom if you have not done so in the past.
To download course materials, log into your account by clicking on the My Account button in this email. Under the seminar name click on the blue Handouts button.
In most cases, the Course Materials will be available 2-3 business days before the Live Webinar, however, on some programs handouts may not be available until the morning of the course.
If the presentation offered credit, after the program has finished, click on the credit tab at the top of the viewer, or the Certificate button on your account page. Complete the evaluation and post-test to access and download your Certificate.
Click on “Ask the Speaker” at the top of the viewer to ask questions of the presenter regarding educational content.
To test your system please log into your account by clicking on the My Account button in this email. Locate the program and click on the Launch Viewer button to confirm you can see the video and hear audio.
