Alessandra Ciolfi

Cognitive Behavioral and EMDR Psychotherapist, Certified Trainer and Consultant in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Specialized in psychotraumatology, she integrates different models in her clinical practice (Sensorimotor, EMDR, CBT, Structural Dissociation), with a particular focus on the body and bottom-up processes. She works clinically with adults suffering from complex trauma, both in private practice and in hospital settings, with specific experience in disorders related to neurophysiological dysregulation and in the treatment of political refugees. She also works in the forensic field with sex offenders and abusive men. As an international trainer and supervisor, she contributes to the dissemination of Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and the training of mental health professionals worldwide.
