Rachel McCrickard, LMFT, AAMFT Supervisor, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AAMFT Approved Clinical Supervisor. In 2017, she fostered the creation of Motivo, the first HIPAA-compliant video platform for connecting pre-licensed therapists to high quality clinical supervisors. Since then, Rachel has begun to emerge as a thought leader in the area of distance supervision.
